Who Can Use It? Right now, it’s available if you have a Plus, Team, or Pro subscription. If you’re an Enterprise user, you’ll be able to use it starting sometime in 2025.

Getting Started is Pretty Simple.

You just need to:

1. Initiate a New Project: Click the “+” button next to “Project” at the top-right corner of the ChatGPT interface.

2. Name Your Project: Choose a descriptive name that reflects the project’s purpose.

3. Add Custom Instructions: Define specific guidelines by selecting “Add instructions.” This ensures ChatGPT tailors its responses to your project’s needs.

4. Upload Relevant Files: Incorporate necessary documents by clicking “Add files.” This centralizes all pertinent information, making it readily accessible during interactions.

Daily Applications and Tips

I’ve found several ways this can make your life easier:

Organize Client Interactions: When working with clients, you can create a separate project for each one. This keeps all your conversations and documents neatly organized, so you’re not scrambling to find that one chat from last week.
